KETO RECIPE: Spicy Crab Dip


Crab is one of my top five favorite foods. I recently made this dip over the holidays for a party and everyone devoured it. Serve this with veggies sticks or pork rinds. You can also pipe it into hollowed out cucumbers!!

Spicy Crab Dip

Serves: 2

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 40 minutes

DIRECTIONS

  • 4 ounces lump crab meat

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tablespoon scallions, sliced, green parts only

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire, pepper jack cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix to combine.

  3. Add in the scallions, garlic powder, and hot sauce, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until it is golden and bubbly.

  5. Serve with pork rinds, veggies or toasted keto-friendly bread
