Keto Recipe: No Bake Berry Swirl Yogurt Bark

I LOVE a no bake treat don’t you?! I make a lot of chocolate barks with my favorite sugar free chocolate, Choc Zero, but I’ve also been making a lot of yogurt barks lately too. Luckily there have been a few great sugar free yogurt options that have come on the market in the last year and you can find them at any grocery store, which is super convenient.

No Bake Berry Swirl Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cartons of keto-friendly yogurt, I used Strawberry flavor
• ½ cup of fresh berries, I like a mix of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries
• ¼ cup of sugar free dark or milk chocolate chips, I used Choc Zero melted down, you could also use their chocolate syrup

1. Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave, I do 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Place a Silpat mat on a cookie sheet and evenly spread the dairy snack. Note: you can use parchment paper, but in my experience it doesn’t work quite as well)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Sprinkle the berries onto the ratio KETO* Friendly Dairy Snack
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Dot the chocolate in small mounds all over and then use a toothpick or chop stick to swirl it
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Freeze for 3-5 hours until hardened, I usually just leave it overnight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Then break bark into pieces and keep in an airtight container.

It’s that easy! Feel free to double or triple the recipe if you have lots of snackers in your house! This is also a recipe that is so fun for kids to make themselves and each can mix in different flavors, fruits and toppings!
